Ashley Benoit

Ashley Benoit started playing pool at the age of 7 at the boys and girls club. She played on and off throughout her childhood and loved the game just didn’t get many opportunities to play. In her early 20’s she joined a local APA team starting off as a 2. By the following year she had already become a 7, and still improving at an alarming rate. She stuck with APA for a few years, but ultimately decided to leave to focus on making it in the tournament world. Her first WPBA tournament was the Dr. Pool Classic in Wisconsin in December of 2022. She played in a couple events throughout 2023, but didn’t start making much leeway until2024. Playing in every event that year she quickly moved up the rankings going from 92 in the rankings to finishing the year at 18, and she doesn’t see herself stopping anytime soon. “Benoit started playing pool at the age of 7 at the boys and girls club.
