Warranty & Registration
Pechauer pool cues purchased after January 1st, 2006 from an authorized J. Pechauer Custom Cues dealer/distributor are warranted to the original purchaser (non-transferable) to be free from defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for the life of the cue.
Pechauer, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any pool cue it deems to be defective and maintains the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or alteration.
Broken cues and broken/cracked butt caps are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear items such as tip, finish, and wrap also excluded.
The Rogue Carbon Shaft is guaranteed to be straight when received and carries with it a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. The warranty is void if the shaft shows signs of abuse or is altered by an outside source. (Other than the tip) It has memory, which means the shaft can be bent with force or leaned at an angle for an extended period of time. Also, it is resistant to dents but not dent proof.
- Contact with a sharp corner can leave a dent.
- Not protected from damage caused by exposure to extreme heat and humidity
- Carbon shafts are not meant to be used for a Masse shot. Driving a carbon shaft into a pool table slate will eventually break the shaft.
- Broken Rogue shafts are not covered under warranty.
